📘 Introduction
There are three main modes of heat transfer:
- Conduction
- Convection
- Radiation
🔥 1. Conduction of Heat
📌 Definition:
👉 Heat transfer from hot to cold without movement of particles
⚙️ Key Points:
- Occurs mainly in solids
- Particles vibrate but do not move
⚡ Conductors vs Insulators:
✔️ Good Conductors:
- Metals (steel, aluminium)

- Light-colored clothes → reflect heat (cool in summer)
- Dark-colored clothes → absorb heat (warm in winter)
💧 4. Water Cycle
📌 Definition:
👉 Continuous movement of water in nature
🔄 Stages:

- 🌿 Transpiration → Plants release water
- ☁️ Condensation → Clouds form
- 🌧️ Precipitation → Rain/snow/hail
